Reform 1
I would like to invite citizens who live in Stockholm and the surrounding area to my royal grounds for a banquet, to celebrate my 9th anniversary of being on the throne, entry is only 3 Livre and i would like my local officers to be on top security so everything runs smoothly.
Reform 2
My 2nd reform is to add 3 more winery's in Stockholm.

The cost of the banquet is matched by ticket sales. Increase in loyalty of South Sweden province by 0.5.
Reform 2 - Wineries
Cost of 1,000 Livre. No change in any statistic.

I send a message to the people of stockholm to see if thier is anything they want to see happen.
Reform 2
i wish to improve the sewage system in the city of Göteborg becuase i have heard their are sewage waste complaints coming from that city.
Reform 3
I am going to build a port just east of malmo, hopefully increasing trade of Scania.

People think you should be a strong leader and not need the people to give you advice!
Reform 2
This costs you 3,000 Livre and increases the provincial loyalty by 1 point.
Reform 3
As per the rules, you need to supply us with a name and some form of map before this reform can be completed. Furthermore, it will cost 200,000 Livre and take a year to complete.

Reform 1: A message is sent thourgh europe saying. 'Great kings, heroic emperors and valiant sultants are invited to join the king of Sweden at Stockholm, for a feast to unite the leaders of europe under one roof for a peaceful night. It will occur on the friday of this week, please feel free to attend.'
Extra security is to be put in place for this night.
Reform 2: Goteborg are to improve thier farms and supplers, the farms are given money to buy in more of thier product.
Reform 3: Tax in the whole of sweden is to be raised by 3%.
Reform 4: A Curfew is to be put in stockholm, this is to be 24:00 , to try and keep the streets cleaner, people are told if they keep to the curfew it will be changed to 01:30.

This proves difficult to enforce and serves no real purpose - the streets are black at this time of night and few but criminals feel the need to leave their homes.

Reform one: Apublic competition is to be held to see who can climb the furthest up Kebnekaise, Becuase of safety percautions, it costs, 50 Livre to enter.
Reform 2: 'Open churches' are to be built so what ever religion wants to pray they may come to these churches and pray, only 4 are to built, 2 in both Stockholm and Gotland.
Reform 3: For people that wish to enlist in the army when they are older, thier will be a taster day held in stockholm in 3 days, where real army officers take them through differents parts fo the military force.
Reform 4: There is be a royal anthem put in place by request of King Gustav. Which is
