The Sultan having spent time traveling around our great nation en counted several problems.
1. One of these was the procurement of water, therefore I have decided that a map should be created showing all the water supplies in the nation such as, wells, rivers, oasis, streams lakes etc.
I shall spend 10,000 Livre on this important mission as in a desert Kingdom water is more valuable than gold.
2. Our nation is also predominately populated close to the sea there for I feel it is important that extra housing shall be built in these areas where they are most need. i shall spend 15,000 on this project as well.
3. As we expect a rise in the population of our coastal port cities i believe that the current dock facilities could be improved, i there for shall build more ware houses, break waters and pontoons where ships can dock. I shall be spending 15,000 on this.
4. We also the new dock improvement mean the Nation of Oman will be able to feild a Navy i therefore wish to comission one Unti of ships. 100,000.

Water Map That's all very well and go, but, this won't really improve any of your statistics. Are you sure you want to spend the money on this because, to be honest, I think it's a bit pointless.
Dockyard Improvements Cost of 15,000 Livre improves income by 3,000 Livre.
National Day Costs the government 5,000 Livre to organise, increases patriotism by 0.5.
Parliament of Oman This increases patriotism and rulership by 0.5 each.
Water Storage Costs 5,000 Livre to implement and cause provincial loyalties to increase by 0.5 each.
Trade Unions Sorry, this is a too modern concept. As of 2008, trade unions are illegal in Oman.
