The following is a declaration of war upon Indian Tribes by the the powers of Naples and Batavia.
These declarations are a joint venture in so much that costs are to be split equally, and fleets will sail together. Different sections of India, however, are to be taken, in the name of the allies of the French Republic.

We feel that India is a prime location to create our first colony, and moreover, we feel profits can be made. We are also concerned that the United Kingdom and Persia have come to a settlement regarding India, and with Batavia we feel they have no right to claim India exclusively for themselves. We must iterate, however, that we shall make no hostile move towards any current British colonies, and we trust they will extend the same courtesy by remaining neutral.
