Following Persian Victory in the Punjab, we shall be expanding to secure our position in the West of India. We have also promised that the Punjab's troops will be allowed to help in expanding Persian power over other parts of India.
The region is split between Colonial Powers and the native Indian States. We wish to offer the Indian States a place in the Persian Empire alone with the noble people of the Punjab, where they can push against Colonial Powers more effectively. We however will not move against Portugal in anyway and shall not attempt to take Goa. The United Kingdom however has threaten with hostility to Persia in Indian affairs and if we are attacked while bringing these lands into Persia we shall fight back with full force.
