This is a treaty agreed upon by the Republic of France and the Batavian Republic

It's terms are as follows;-

--France agrees to loan the Batavian Republic the sum of 200,000 Livre, to be repaid in the form of a lump sum in 2 years.

--France shall be free to station her forces in Batavia, beginning with the transfer of 500,000 Light Infantry to the province of the Netherlands.
