The Treaty of Kuwait City

The following Treaty is to be between The Ottoman Empire and the The Persian Empire

The terms are thus:

• The Persian Empire will pay the Ottoman Empire the sum of 50,000 Livre.
  
• The Ottoman Empire will open up Istanbul and Varna, in Thrace, and Kuwait City, in Kuwait, to Persian Trade. Meaning that Persian Trade Companies can be based in those Ports.
  
• The Ottoman Empire realises that the Hostile Takeover of these Companies will result in a punishment from the Trade Embassy, as such, these shall not be harmed.
  
• The Ottoman Empire will pay for the movement of one Persian Company, yet to be named, to Ottoman soil.
