The following Treaty is to be between The Ottoman Empire and the The Kingdom of Naples

The terms are thus:

• The Ottoman Empire will pay the Kingdom of Naples the sum of 150,000 Livre.
  
• The Ottoman Empire will relinquish control of Crete to the Kingdom of Naples
  
• The Kingdom of Naples will relinquish control of The Venus Company to the Ottoman Empire
  
• The Kingdom of Naples receives the gifts promised

• The Ottoman Empire cedes 300,000 Livre to the Neopolitan Empire for use for the betterment of the Empire

It is with the most gracious thanks that Caroline accepts this gift, with which she shall create a navy to become a colonial power.

To show her gratitude, Her Majesty wishes to bestow the following title onto the Sultan:

"His Imperial Highness, the Keeper of the Keys of the City of Palermo"

The Sultan shall henceforth be patron of the city of Palermo, who shall have a festival to honour his good name every year. We shall instantly commission a statue of him, at the head of the port, symbolising prudence, virtue, and most importantly the security of our fledgling nation.

Further honouring the Sultan, we shall name the flagship of our new navy "Annatar".
