Our troops, mustered just ouside of Patna, shall move across the plains of the Ganges, and approach Kanpur. They shall be offered complete surrender and integration into British India, and any standing troops would have the choice of joining the British-Indian army or disbanding.
Failing this, cannon shall let loose upon any foritifcations around the city and it shall be stormed, harming as few civilians and damaging as little property as possible. The British-Indian flag shall promptly be raised from the city centres flagpole in declaration.

Naturally we shall fortify Kanpur. Cannon shall be put up on the walls of the city, and where cannon-balls had blasted apart the wall, it shall be patched up. We udnerstand that we cannot so quickly replace the stone structures that defended the wall, but wooden blockades can be quickly erected.
We shall prepare our men to rush out from the city gates. We do not wish to bring further war to the people of Kanpur, and as such shall attempt to bring the battle to the field. We shall cut down the enemy, and pursue to Agra.

Objective Two: Battle for KanpurKanpur is bombarded with Indian cannon, some hitting the wooden structures that the British erected. However a significant breach could not be made and the British took the battle out of Kanpur and into the fields surrounding. With the British's superior firepower, the Indians retreated to the hills in the vicinity.
British Losses: Light Infantry: 6,500 Heavy Infantry: 1,500 Cavalry: 500 Cannon: 15
Indian Losses: Light Infantry: 15,000 Heavy Infantry: 1,500 Cavalry: 0 Cannon: 0 Outcome for the Battle of the Plains: British Victory Objective Three: Your scouts inform you that the way to Agra is littered with Indian resistance. Take these out before progressing to Agra.

Our armed force shall organise and progress towards Agra. As resistance is reportedly 'scattered' we shall attempt to persuade them to join with us, and failing this: kill them off bit-by-bit.

Objective Three: Battle for the Indian PlainsAlthough the resistance was scattered, they mounted a successful campaign against the British. It has been recommended to the British that they use superior and more detailed tactics, rather than relying on their superior quality.

Indian Losses: Light Infantry: 18,000 Heavy Infantry: 2,500 Cavalry: 0 Cannon: 0 Outcome for the Battle of the Plains: Indian Victory Objective Three: The way to Agra is paved with Indian Resistance, who are now celebrating their victory.
