A message is sent to Junmo Ho-Jan, ruler of Korea:

Hounorable leader,
Due to our close proximity, I fear conflicts may arise between our peoples. And so I have drawn up a treaty (ooc: see below) which should save us un-needed waste of lives.
We hope that we may one day become better friends, and that Asia will prosper.

The proposed Korea - Japan Treaty

The treaty includes:

• Non-Aggression
  
• Verbal Support
  
• Military Aid (only if requested by other leader, and only if the leader being asked wants to aid them)
