-- Miliardo von Österreich, born Prince Miliardo in 1741 was the first son Charles VI of Austria. Miliardo had been raised in the heartland of the Empire, Vienna and was in most ways fit to be a ruler like his ancestors before him.
-- Miliardo is a naturally born leader and his strategies can only be matched by his blade. He has been known to be charismatic as well and has a way with words that are equally as effective as his warring abilities.
-- Emperor Miliardo earned the nickname, Lightning Baron when he was still in his early thirties because he had never been defeated in a battle and his swordmanship abilities were to quick to counter.
-- During September 1798, Miliardo suddenly feel ill with tuborkilosis. By late November, his condition deteriorated after Miliardo feel into a powerful fever. As of December 1st 1798, all monarchial powers were transfered to Crown Prince Joseph III who acted as Austria's Regent until Emperor Miliardo's death on December 25th 1798.
