6/10 Get some brushes from deviantART (One of the links in the table), and add as a background layer, lower the transparency of above layers, it should have a good effect. Try not bordering the two parts of a single sig off, try blending. Furthermroe, if you are goign to combine two like this, have the borders the same colour, and relax the broders that are joint (make it a single border, instead of two touching). Have the sub-text slightly smaller. Other than that its good, I can see you have already began playign with layers on your first sig, and you clearly have a decent grip of saturation on your second. You could do with a better font for the first sig |

6/10 I hate the choice of character you have chosen, but I feel that the general layout and colour scheme is quite nice. Btw, I'm not going to respond as well or detailed as Scott *hasn't the knowledge * |

How can you possibly hate Kim Jong-Il?  Ok, he's a ruthless tyrannical leader, but the puppet is amazing.. Hats off to the Team America makers |

The ACTUAL North Korean dictators name is King Il Sung, who looks exactly like Kim Jung-Il, they really crossed the borders with that one Therefore, why not use pictures of the real man |

5/10I, like Shaun, have little knowledge of the technical side of Sig-making, but I can give a few pointers anyways. In the first one, I don't think the choice of fonts blend well with the background, and the plane seems unnecessary. For the second, again the font seems inadequate, and there isn't really much need for two very similar pictures of the same character at either end. On the plus side, the colours contrast well, and the conceptual background imagery used is very effective. All in all, good attempts indeed  (Poor, uneducated Scotty-boy.
The current Chairman of the NDC is actually Kim Jong-Il, Kim-Il Sung's son, and therefore will look quite like him.  )

You should of included your flag in the backround of the first as oppsoed to that orange-yellow-green horozontal tricolour thing.
